Keep The Change
How much confidence do you have in your coin-counting ability? We’re bringing this jug to Commerce Bank on Saturday. My local branch has a fancy counting machine, which I believe they call the Penny Arcade.

The Sandwich
Up until high school, I was extremely picky with my taste in cuisine. I think i just ate steak, mashed potatos, and lettuce for the first 15 years of my life. But then….something happened. I was working at the Commerce Bank. I was in the drive through area, working with one other teller, and we decided to order lunch, her name might have been Janine, it might have been Xena, I dont really remember. Anyway, she says, “get me a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo” i was like “Holy Crap, I need to eat that” and the rest as they say, is history. But there is a further point to this story.

New Bank Account
today marked the first full day i was all by my lonesome in the big apple. took mom (who accompanied me out to the east coast to sightsee/help find an apartment) to the airport yesterday afternoon (and by “took” i mean “went to the airport via subway with her”. do not get the impression that i have any outside means of transportation). that was followed by a lovely account opening process at commerce bank, and an evening by myself.

If I Could Choose The President
While he may be best known as the younger brother of the President, Jeb is no Billy Carter. In 1973 he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin, later taking a job with the Texas Commerce Bank. Several years later he moved to Florida, where he worked as a real estate developer and consultant, and eventually a political lobbyist. Today he is the Governor of Florida, with a long and distinguished record of accomplishments which include maintaining a 3.0 unemployment rate in his state, and cutting taxes every year since 1998. Often characterized as brilliant, he is also a man of high principles, and his hard work and determination have transformed Florida into one of the most successful states in the union.

Chapel Street Motors Changes Into A Bank
In September, I saw a paragraph on the city council agenda pages, where Commerce Bank had applied to subdivide the property, and build drive throughs.
